-Santiago is a Colombian born student who studied Aviation Engineering in the United States.
-Santiago is a friend I met in High school and have maintained a good healthy friendship throughout the years. For this assignment we texted back an forth.
-Santiago provided me key insisght on how new airlines are being built and how they are a lot more cost efficient of what they used to be. His degree and his job at a well known airplane manufacturer makes him extremely qualified to feed me with this valuable information.
- Bringing Santiago on board would be incredible as he is extremely knowledgeable of the airline industry.

-Annon is an american that has worked for 40 years with the latinamerican market.
- I met annon in a networking event in south florida, and we connected as he had lived and worked many years in my home country of Chile. FOr the purpose of this assignment we emailed each other back and forth.
-Annon gave me a lot of insight in how to treat the South American clients, and North American clients alike. His vast experience with these markets make him more than qualified to give me information about what are the do's and do not's when dealing with these target market.
- Bringing annon on board would be a star addition to the group as he knows the exact way to target the audience effectively.

-Gabriel is also colombian, resides in florida and sells many products througout south america.
-I met Gabriel in Middle School and has been a close friend ever since, as a matter of fact he was the first friend I made in the States. For the purpose of these assignment we texted each other back and forth with information.
-Gabriel is an expert selling products, from his early start at a Maserati dealership and now selling second hand electronic products through south america knows exactly what it takes to sell the product and service in this case for the airline.
- Bringing Gabriel on board would be great as his sales experience would extremely complement how we are trying to sell our service mainly to hispanic clients.
Reflection:
I believe that these 3 individuals are extremely well qualified for the job and I am sure they can provide and lead the company to where it should be. Gabriel and Santiago know each other so this relationship or partnership might be key in the near future to have everyone working at the same pace as everybody. While annon is not known by the other ones I am sure he would be fine into creating a new legacy with us at Blankenese Airlines.
